As veterinarian clinic, our client already has enough clienteles, but they still need to gain new clients and create awareness regarding the vet clinic to the locals. The struggles that our client were facing are: 

  • Not enough new clients are coming in, they wanted to gain more client other than the regulars
  • As a veterinarian clinic, they don’t have time to maintain online presence and run the online ads
  • Need a new way to intrigue potential clients

After conducting a research based on the location and clienteles, Our Digital Ads team came up with ideas to fix up the problems:

  • Our team has decided to built a landing page for the client
  • Ran a Google Ads campaign for 6 months on the area surrounding the clinics
  • Together with the client, we has promoted special offer of free nails trim and 10% off baths

After running the ads for 6 months, we also tracked phone calls and form fills on the landing page. They told us that their phone started ringing more often than usual. 

  • With $1,000 ads budget, the clinic has received 42 forms filled by monthly on average
  • Average 551 calls by monthly with call duration of 2 minutes on average
  • Clickthrough rate has increased up to 5.08% monthly
